Daily check-in — green ready, yellow caution, red high injury risk. Last 7 days:
Metrics
Log a testable number (verified counts on leaderboards + recruit profiles). Every entry is kept for growth graphs.
1-Rep maxes
Verify a max so it can prescribe working weight (required for under-18 athletes) and count on leaderboards.

Rest-day flags and messages the athlete sends you.
Parents
Parents see only their own child — weekly activity, what’s scheduled, and your announcements. You approve every link.
